Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 3 business days and you will receive the package with in 5-7 business days.

After the order is shipped out and received by a carrier, we will update you with a Tracking Number with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Shipping Address Change

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order. Please contact us by email at cs@yumn.ca with the new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address anymore.

Undeliverable Orders

Order that returned to us as undeliverable because of the incorrect shipping information.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Yumn.ca is not responsible for the lost/stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it. Please report to the local authorities.
